Luis Suarez headed the ball across goal to beat Joe Hart off a beautiful ball by Edinson Cavani on the break for a 39th minute goal.
This is Suarez first match because he is just four weeks out of knee surgery and was left out from Uruguay's 3-1 loss to Costa Rica.
